Can I change my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do unused briefs carry over to the next month?
No, unused briefs do not roll over between billing periods. Your brief count resets at the start of each billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
We currently offer monthly billing only. This gives you maximum flexibility to change or cancel your plan without long-term commitments.
